How to Order

You can place your order via email, telephone, or post.  

Alternatively,  if you are in the area - come in person to the shop.  The doors are open Tuesday - Thursday 9am to 4pm, or by appointment.

Credit card & EFTPOS facilities are available. We accept Mastercard or Visa.  If emailing your credit card details to us with your order - split up the details over two emails and/or put the number into words ie.  five four six two.  We also accept direct deposit, cheque, or money order.

Credit is extended to government schools, universities, government institutions, & aboriginal corporations upon receiving an official purchase order.    All private and overseas orders must be fully pre-paid before dispatch.

Important - please DO NOT send cheques or money orders until you have spoken or had email correspondence with us.  Once we have informed you of the total of your invoice, then you can send payment.


All mail orders are sent via either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.  Postage or freight charges are calculated by weight, destination and shipping option.   We also choose which carrier to use for your parcel on the above criteria eg. Aust Post will not take any parcel over 1m in length.  You can specify Express Post if you wish, or if you have an account with another carrier - you can organise that they pick up your order.
In addition, there is a $2.50 handling charge added for each order.



Prices in this catalogue include Goods and Services Tax of 10% which is applicable to ALL items in the catalogue.

G.S.T. is NOT applicable on orders shipped to Norfolk Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands & outside Australia.
