Our factory and showroom are currently located at 3/11 Nevin Close,  Gateshead, NSW (a suburb of Newcastle).  With plenty of free parking at the door.

The official opening hours are 9am to 4pm Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday.  All other times by appointment.  

We answer the phone from 9am until we leave each afternoon.  Email is on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and checked & replied to constantly in business hours and now & again in the evenings and on the weekend...
